Ray Young, was introduced to the world that is the construction industry over 32 years ago. He honed his skills during an extensive tenure at Browns Construction, where he spent a significant decade as a dedicated Site Manager. Drawing from a wealth of experience, Ray ventured into entrepreneurship over 12 years ago, establishing his own company.

His journey reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and leadership, marked by a passion for the industry and a legacy of successfully steering projects to fruition. With a career deeply rooted in construction, Ray Young continues to shape the landscape, bringing expertise and innovation to every endeavour.
